Deployment is hard on everyone involved. From the service member to their spouse and children to their parents, family, and friends left behind, everyone experiences added stress and worry.
At times it seems like time slows to a crawl and that it will never end. And Murphy’s Law of the Mil-Spouse dictates that life, appliances, and vehicles should all fall apart while he’s away.
Here is where I share tips and tricks to make deployments go by faster. From sending awesome care packages to marking items off of a Bucket List, I have learned to enjoy certain aspects of this time apart.
