35 Walmart Nutcracker Painting Ideas for Every Color Scheme

It’s been a few years since the 6-foot Walmart nutcracker went viral. There were hundreds of videos of women painting their nutcrackers to match their Christmas decor.

And they all turned out stunning!

That’s the thing with these nutcrackers, you can paint them to match any theme or color scheme, and they always turn out beautiful!

I would love to have one of my own, but moving it around with the military and trying to find somewhere to store it at every house would be too difficult. So, for now, I’ll settle with living vicariously through people on the internet and planning my forever home’s massive Christmas display!

Red

You can’t go wrong with a classic red-and-green. Those colors, with some gold accents, are traditional Christmas colors that never disappoint.

If you’re not a huge fan of bright red Christmas decor, but still love a classic, traditional look, you could opt for painting your nutcrackers green. This green, black, and white color scheme is beautiful!
