9 Get Well Soon Care Package Ideas
As a military wife, I am no stranger to care packages. I have sent dozens to my husband throughout the years during deployments, long rotations, and TDYs.
However, I have also sent several care packages back home to loved ones because of all the milestones and events we miss living so far away.
Unfortunately, we’ve had a couple of loved ones go through some big medical issues, and we wanted to send a care package to let them know that we were thinking of and praying for them, no matter how far apart we are.
So, here are some get well soon care package ideas, if you ever find yourself in the same predicament.
Get Well
You can’t go wrong with the traditional ‘Get Well’ message along with medical necessity stickers!
Lack Of Vitamin Me
This get well soon care package is more suited to a romantic relationship. That’s why I also included it on the list of 9 Funny and Flirty Care Package Ideas.
One Tough Cookie
This tough cookie pun is a great way to remind your long-distance loved one that no matter what they’re going through, they are tough enough to overcome it. Plus, it’s super cute, and you can fill it with yummy cookies!

Box of Sunshine
A ‘box of sunshine’ is a common themed box that you see online, but this particular version of it is perfect for a get well soon care package. It says, “I know this box of sunshine won’t take the pain away, but know that the sun still shines on a rainy day.”
Everything ‘Butt’ the Toilet
This box is technically themed for bath stuff and toiletries, but it could definitely work for someone who recently had a stomach virus. Or as a way to prepare for a possible future illness. For people who are deployed and don’t always have access to a store, this is a great idea.
