100+ Things To Do Near Wheeler Army Airfield: A Hawaii Bucket List
We have been in Hawaii for almost 4 months, and I’m just getting around to posting our Wheeler Army Airfield and Hawaii Bucket List. Even though I started making it before we ever left Texas!
Our Fort Bragg and Fort Hood Bucket Lists were super fun and helped us never run out of things to do at those duty stations. So, I’m making a bucket list for Hawaii, too.
I’ve heard people complain that they get island fever and are bored here, but honestly, this Hawaii bucket list is already huge, and I know it will grow as time goes on! We will never have a reason to be bored on the island.
Like my previous bucket lists, I’ll mark off items as we finish them. And I’ll post pictures of the completed items on my Instagram if you want to follow along there!
The Hawaii Bucket List begins with things on Oahu and expands to the other islands, which we hope we can visit while we’re here.
On Post at Wheeler & Schofield Barracks
- hike the Kolekole Trail
make something at the Arts & Crafts Centergo to the library- visit the Tropic Lightning Museum

Oahu
